T.G.I.F. Photo Friday

Last night I rode the bike 60 minutes and then ran 3 miles around the school track while my boys were at wrestling practice. It was a great run at 36 degrees ~ average pace 8:31/mile. I'm thinking maybe I need to be doing some shorter run events. Will have to look into that for next year. 8:30/mile pace is my goal for the 2009 Lincoln Half Marathon. Last year I ran it ~ Garmin Time ~ 8:48/mile.

Since the running shadow picture got a lot of WOOT!WOOS! I decided to share a bike shadow picture I took this summer on vacation in Montana. I rode through Judith Gulch to what now is an old deserted mining town called Yogo Town . A lot of big time mining took place here for diamonds and now area residents mine for the rare and beautiful yogo sapphires. Yogo Town is just outside of Sapphire Village.
