My new shoes! Brooks Glycerin 7. Better than sex? [for now cuz their new!] or not?!? :D Or is the endorphins the running creates???Something inside of me just said 'Hey, wait a minute, I want to beat him,' and I just took off. You have to wonder at times what you're doing out there. Over the years, I've given myself a thousand reasons to keep running, but it always comes back to where it started. It comes down to self-satisfaction and a sense of achievement.

Yay for new shoes! I love Brooks. I ordered two pairs last weekend and I'm waiting for them to arrive. They can't get here soon enough!
Self-satisfaction and a sense of achievement are great reasons for running. In fact ... I am not too sure anyone started to run for any other reason.

Satisfaction with new kicks is quite orgasmic and on that strength alone I say yes, totally better than sex.
There are exceptions to the rule, like sex with an endurance athlete but I digress! Nice shoes :-)
