yeah its hard to get the "little ones" out and moving some times. I always look to working it by example figuring if he sees me sitting around watching TV then he is going to want to do the same.. I will admit some times I push him/us out the door quite fast to go out for a day long hike bing that he is only five, but I think it all pays off in the end..
