So here is my plan:
- Hired a Cycling Coach [his son, coaches Kristin Armstrong - I'm really excited for this!]
- Running Calendar [got it made, and I'm sticking to it]
- Joined Mr. Q's Swap it and Bring it Weight Loss Challenge
- Following Weight Watcher's Point System
- Logging my diet and exericse on FitDay
- Positive Daily Talks With Self (see below)
Everyday I'm going to wake up and have a Positive Daily Talk With Self. Something like this....
Say NO to Skipping Workouts!
Say NO to Super Breakfasts!
and...
Say YES to...
101 Days.
Now that's a workout Mr. McRib will do with me! ;P

Ugh! I'm so paranoid about muffin tops! Good goals and way to actually realize that you want to do these things and actually do something about it, and way to be motivated!!
I need to tighten up my diet as well. I am so hungry all of the time. Fit Day and WW are good. I used Fit this summer and lost 5 lbs.

Now that my '08 race calendar is FINISHED, I need to get re-focused on the weight front. I feel like I've been on a binge for 5 weeks. Ugh!

Nice goals. I need to start getting into winter mode for my eating habits. I tend to not watch it much in the summer due to I burn most of it off. However my mile go down in the winter so I need to be more careful regarding my intake. Thanks for the reminder.
