Three Points of the Day +

  1. Threw the "NO SUGAR" notion out the window. Concluded that my sanity needed sugar now and then.
  2. I'm loving the power of conquering an outdoor run when the temps are low, so I'm nixing the treadmill purchase.
  3. I feel like my noggin is in a bloggin lull. hmmm

Today's workout: 90 min spin, 45 min tempo run. RUN ON!

I tried the no sugar thing once in the hopes that I would stop *craving* sugar like so many people said and a couple of weeks later I *still* wanted sugar and decided life was too short. The End.

Well you talked me into two things - 1. Never try to go to sugar free and 2. run outside already!

I think the blogging lull is due to the season and the weather... not much to talk about when there is snow on the ground.

Yeah for sugar!!! We all need a little bit from time to time!
