- Threw the "NO SUGAR" notion out the window. Concluded that my sanity needed sugar now and then.
- I'm loving the power of conquering an outdoor run when the temps are low, so I'm nixing the treadmill purchase.
- I feel like my noggin is in a bloggin lull. hmmm

I tried the no sugar thing once in the hopes that I would stop *craving* sugar like so many people said and a couple of weeks later I *still* wanted sugar and decided life was too short. The End.

Well you talked me into two things - 1. Never try to go to sugar free and 2. run outside already!
I had to reintroduce sugar in my diet or I might have killed someone.
i couldn't do 'no sugar' either.
Sugar is hard one to kick. good effort none the less..

I think the blogging lull is due to the season and the weather... not much to talk about when there is snow on the ground.
I have been watching your no sugar move with interest... congrats on lasting over 4 weeks! I think i've done it for about a week once or twice, but it's so essential!!
