Snow Runner


Today's Workout: 3 mile run, 70 min bike. RUN ON!

Do you bike then run (for tri training) or do you just do them in whatever order?

Typically I run and then bike. Tonight I'm going to run 2.5 miles, bike and then run 3 miles.

My running doesn't necessarily follow tri training because I am doing the marathon training. Technically you do two a days which separates out the three workouts: swim, bike, run according to the scheduled day.
