This morning I got up at 4am to do a brick workout: 1 mile swim and a 25 mile bike ride. It was a beautiful morning and the brick workout was great! Tomorrow I am in for a 50-75 mile bike ride with the crew, a long run on Sunday and then it's 3 weeks to go to Ironman Kansas!
Here are some freaky pics someone sent me. I found them interesting, but would not want to own it or ride it myself. I'll stick to my Fat Boy - that's my Harley, not my hubby. :D

That's a crazy lookin' bike! You'd get some looks if you were on that thing. :)
I'm in for Foto Friday! Stop by and help me put a caption on my photo this week. :) Thanks!
Thats a pretty sick looking bike. Wouldn't want to ride it on the roads around here.

That is an awesome bike. I can't imagine riding it, but it's so cool to look at.
Have a great bike tomorrow. I think I'll try to get my 20 in, without the flat tire.
I haven't registered yet either, but I know Doug and I are in as well as my BFF, Karen. It's going to be a PAR-TEE!
Cool bike!
I'm up, sorry so late, out biking all day!
Enjoy the weekend!
That's a freaky-looking bike!
(My photo is up.)
I would love to ride that bike down a busy beach road. I can see myself now with the wind blowing in my hair, everyone looking at me. They would find it weird that I'm riding a bike that looks like that but I've got Snoop Dog blasting out the speakers.
:) Have a great weekend.
Genius! My god who ever designed and built that is god damn, genius!
Vegas-- see ya there!
