I just got home from a 5 mile run, 8:42 pace. The temps have dropped into the upper 40's, lower 50's, so I pulled out the cold gear. brrrrrr.
Next weekend I will be participating in the Market to Market relay from Omaha to Lincoln. I am sooooo looking forward to the day and all the runners. WOOT!
I'm off to shower, as my little man Jake has a soccer game. Go Jakey.
