Weather Games

Is today the day? Can I run outside? Of course I can! But will the weather allow me to???? I'm dying to run outside, to take on the challenge of the cold without killing myself.

Temps are good so far. Today at noon it will be 29 degrees, but will feel like 20 degrees. That is my time I'm thinking!! I have to run 5 miles. I read on someones blog yesterday that they ran 20 miles at 15 degree temps. GAH!

Stay warm and Run on!

Hope the run went well and the temps weren't too bad. I am heading out soon into 20 degree weather, feels like 9 degrees though! WE will see how it goes!!

The sad thing is that this weather seems to last forever here in the Midwest. We're in it for the long haul.

Meh... I'm gonna stay inside. While it's warmer today, it's also very snowy.

The weather wouldn't be so bad for running in if it wasn't for that stupid wind....at least it is warming up a little....

You're using the leg warmers, right?

Have fun!

Hope you had/have a good run! I froze my buns off this morning - which may not be a bad thing. ;)

Hi hope your run went swimmingly well!!!

I have swimming on my mind because i ran on the beach today! It was 21 degrees. It was very beautiful saw the sunrise and disturbed some seagulls who were resting. It was a slow run but a nice one!!!

I find the more time I take to think about doing it, the more opportunity I give myself to come up with excuses not to do it! I just get ready and go and within a few minutes of running when everything falls into place and it feels good, I am so thankful I am just doing it!

I hope you got out there and had a good run!

Outdoors? What's that? We already have a Winter Storm Advisory posted that ends late on Friday, December 26. Probably, it's heading your way, so enjoy what you can!
